World Bank's board of directors has unanimously approved Paul Wolfowitz as the next President of the bank.
He was notminate by President Bush.
Mr. Wolfowitz is now serving as Deputy Defense Secretary and he will replace James Wolfensohn, who has served as the president of the World Bank for ten years, on June 1.
