Thailand has presented Burma with one million condoms and supplies of anti-retroviral drugs to help Rangoon fight the spread of AIDS.
The handover comes following United Nations warnings that the AIDS epidemic could get out of control in Burma. U.N. officials said in July that Burma's health system could not cope with an AIDS epidemic.
Thailand says the anti-AIDS medicines given to Burma are enough to treat about 200 people for one year.
