Burmese military junta announced Thursday it was releasing 3937 prisoners as they may have been wrongly jailed by the National Intelligence Bureau headed by Gen Khin Nyunt, who now stands accused of corruption by the junta. A few political prisoners were released including student leader Min Ko Naing on Friday, 19 November.
