Burmese media say two Bengal tiger cubs who were breast-fed for weeks by a Rangoon woman have died of dehydration.
The male and female cubs drew international attention when a local woman agreed to breast-feed them after bottle-feeding failed.
The cubs had been taken from their mother after she killed one of their siblings Officials said the cubs had difficulty digesting human breastmilk and perished within six days of each other around the end of April.
Burmese media reports the two will be stuffed and put on display at a local museum.
