The world's biggest passenger plane, the Airbus A-380 was introduced to the world on January 18, 2005.
This super jumbo jet , made by the European company was revealed at its hangar near the southern French city of Toulouse.
Leaders of France, Britain , Germany and Spain were present at that auspicious occasion. The new Airbus A-380 was hailed as the "Eurpoean success" by the European Union.
This massive plane will seat 555 passengers on its twin-deck. It can be arranged in economy class with a capacity of 840 passengers. It will enter airline service in 2006.
