U.S. stock indicators opened higher in today's-Wednesday's trading.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose nearly four points to 10,410. The S&P 500 is nearly a point higher at 1,202, and the NASDAQ is up nearly four points at 2,073.
London's Financial Times index is up 15 points at 5,106. The CAC-40 in Paris is 36 points higher at 4,231, and the DAX index in Frankfurt is up 23 points at 4,580.
Tokyo's Nikkei index gained 64 points to finish at 11,577. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index closed at 14,277, down 10 points.
The price of gold in London is 437 dollars, 30 cents an ounce, down 40 cents.
The dollar in London rose against other major currencies.
