A Burmese diplomat was killed in a fire at the Burmese embassy in Malaysia Friday.
Police say Kyaw Kyaw, who worked at the embassy, set the fire himself and died from serious burns.
There are conflicting reports about the extent of damage done to the embassy building.
This is the second fire in the Burmese embassy in Kuala Lumpur in two years. In 2004, when the embassy was in a different building, a group of Muslim Rohingya refugees from Burma attacked it with firebombs.
