Thailand's crown princess, Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, has arrived in Burma on a five-day visit as a guest of the country's military government.
The Royal Household says Princess Sirindhorn -- the third child of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit -- is scheduled to visit several important sites around Burma. She was the guest of a banquet hosted by Burmese senior General Than Shwe and his wife Monday night.
The princess makes frequent visits to Thailand's neighbors. She is due home on Friday.
