Five athletes from Vietnam and Burma who competed in December's Southeast Asian Games have tested positive for banned substances and will be stripped of their medals.
Officials say the five face bans from competition for up to two years.
The Vietnamese competitors are Hoang Hong Anh, who won two canoeing golds; Pham Thi Diu, who won two fin swimming golds; Pham Toan Thang, who won three fin swimming golds; and Nguyen Mai Quynh, who won silver in the women's triple jump.
The Burmese athlete is Aye Aye Thin, who won silver in judo.
