“ပထမအချက်ကတော့ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းဟာ ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ နေရာမှာပဲ ဆက်ပြီးရှိနေမှာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ သူရဲ့မဲဆန္ဒနယ်မြေရဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ်ရော၊ လာမယ့်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအတွက် ပါတီရဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်း အနေနဲ့ရော၊ နောက်ပြီး လွှတ်တော် အသစ်ဖြစ်လာလို့ သမ္မတရွေးချယ်တဲ့အခါမှာ သမ္မတလောင်းဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ အနေအထားလဲရှိနေပါတယ်။ ဆိုတော့ အပြောင်းအလဲဟာ ပါတီတွင်းခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအပိုင်းမှာပဲ ရှိနေတာပါ။ ဒါကြောင့် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအတွက် သူရဦးရွှေမန်းနေရာမှာ အခုတက်လာတဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်အသစ်ကဦးဆောင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။”

မြန်မာ့အရေးကျွမ်းကျင်သူ အမေရိကန်ပါမောက္ခ David Steinberg ကလည်း သူရဲ့အမြင်ကို အခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

“မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးက ဒီလောက်ပဲရှိမှာပါ။ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆိုတော့ ပြဿနာက အနောက်နိုင်ငံတွေဘက်က ဒီမိုကရေစီဆိုတာနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး မျှော်လင့်ထားတဲ့ အချက်ပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မြန်မာအစိုးရက ဒီမိုကရေစီလို့ တခါမှမပြောသေးဘူး။ စည်းကမ်းရှိတဲ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီ၊ မြန်မာ့နည်းမြန်မာဟန် ဒီမိုကရေစီလို့ဘဲ ပြောနေတာပါ။ ဒါကလည်း ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှုးကြီးဟောင်း သန်းရွှေ အရင်ဆုံး သုံးခဲ့တဲ့ အသုံးအနှုန်းတွေပါ။”

ကြံ့ခိုင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးပါတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌဖြစ်သူ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းကို ပါတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌရာထူးကနေ ဖယ်ရှားလိုက်တဲ့ အကြောင်းအရင်းနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ လည်း Vikram Nehru ကသူ့အမြင်ကိုအခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

“သတင်းတွေဖေါ်ပြချက်အရ ဆိုရင် သူရဦးရွှေမန်းဟာ စစ်တပ်အရာရှိဟောင်းတွေ အတွက် လာမယ့်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ဖို့ ပါတီထဲမှာ ဦးစားပေးပြီး လုံလုံလောက်လောက်နေရာမပေးခဲ့ပါဘူး။ နောက်ပြီး သူရဦးရွှေမန်းက ဘယ်ဘက်ကို သစ္စာခံမလဲ၊ ဦးစားပေးမလဲဆိုတာကို စစ်တပ်အနေနဲ့ အချိန်အတော်ကြာကတည်းက စိုးရိမ်နေတာပါ။ အခုလို ကြံ့ခိုင်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးပါတီ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းကိစ္စမှာ စစ်တပ်ကချပေးလိုက်တဲ့ သူတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး သူရဦးရွှေမန်းရဲ့ ကိုင်တွယ်ပုံကို စစ်တပ်က လက်ခံသဘောကျမှ မဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုတာ ထင်ရှားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အခုပါတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ တာဝန်ယူလိုက်တဲ့ သမ္မတဦးသိန်းစိန် ကိုယ်တိုင် သူရဦးရွှေမန်းကို အရင်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ရာထူးကနေ ဖယ်ရှားလိုက်တယ်လို့ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကောက်လို့ ရမယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။ အခုလို ဥက္ကဋ္ဌနေရာအတွက် ပါတီဝင်မဲအများစုနဲ့ ရွေးချယ်ဆုံးဖြတ်ရမယ့်အစား သမ္မတက ဒီလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းကို ဘေးဖယ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။”

တဖက်မှာလည်း သူရဦးရွှေမန်းဟာ အတိုက်အခံပါတီ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် NLD ဥက္ကဌ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နဲ့ နီးစပ်သူလို့ လူအများက ယူဆထားတာပါ။ ဒါနဲ့ပတ်သက်လို့ Vikram Nehru ကသူရဲ့သုံးသပ်ချက်ကို အခုလိုပြောပြပါတယ်။

“သူရဦးရွှေမန်း ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီကိုရောက်နေချိန် ကျနော်တို့ Carnegie မှာကျင်းပတဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲမှာ သူ့ကို ကျနော်မေးခဲ့တာရှိပါတယ်။ နောက်တကြိမ် လွှတ်တော်သက်တမ်းမှာ အမတ်နေရာအများစုကို ရရှိတဲ့ NLD ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ USDP ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပါတီ (၂)ခုအနေနဲ့ ညွန့်ပေါင်းဖွဲ့ဖို့ စဉ်းစားချက်ရှိမရှိ မေးတော့ ဒီလမ်းကို သူ့အနေနဲ့ ပစ်ပယ်မထားပဲ လိုအပ်ရင် သုံးကောင်းသုံးမယ်လို့ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းပြန်ဖြေခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီလို NLD နဲ့ ညွန့်ပေါင်းအဖြစ်ဖွဲ့ကောင်းဖွဲနိုင်တယ်လို့ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းရဲ့ ပြောဆိုချက်ကို ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကလည်း ကြိုဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီအချက်ကြောင့် အခုလို သူရဦးရွှေမန်းကို ဥက္ကဋ္ဌရာထူးကနေ ဖယ်လိုက်သလား ဆိုတာကတော့ ကျနော်အနေနဲ့သေချာသိဖို့ ခက်ခဲပါတယ်။ စောင့်ကြည့်ရမှာပါ။ ဒါပေမယ့် ညွန့်ပေါင်းဖွဲ့နိုင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့အချက်ဟာ သူရဦးရွှေမန်း နဲ့ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကြားမှာ ဒီအဖြစ်အပျက်တွေ မတိုင်ခင်ကတည်းက ရှိနေတာတော့ သေချာပါတယ်။”

ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နဲ့ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းနီးစပ်မှုရှိတာကြောင့် အခုလို ဖယ်ရှားခံရတာလဲဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့အချက်ကို ပါမောက္ခ David Steinberg ကလည်း ယူဆပါတယ်။

“ဒီအချက်ဟာ စစ်တပ်အတွက် ပြသနာပါ။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေဟာ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်အပေါ် တကယ်တမ်း ယုံကြည်မှုမရှိပါဘူး။ နောက်ပြီး ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်အနေနဲ့ သူကိုယ်တိုင် သမ္မတ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဒုသမ္မတဖြစ်ဖို့ နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှာ ကြိုးစားစည်းရုံးနေတာတွေလည်းရှိပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့ သူရဦးရွှေမန်းကို သူ့ပါတီဥက္ကဌရာထူးကနေ ဖယ်ရှားလိုက်တဲ့ အတွက် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ရဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေမှာ ထိခိုက်မယ်လို့တော့ မမြင်ပါဘူး။ သူ့အနေနဲ့ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ် ဆက်လက် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှာဖြစ်သလို့ ရွေးကောက်တင်မြှောက်ခံရမှာလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး သူရဲ့အခန်းကဏ္ဍကလည်း ဆက်ပြီးအရေးကြီးနေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။”
