၂၀၀၄ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၂၆)ရက်နေ့မှာ ဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆူနာမီလှိုင်း သဘာ၀ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ဆိုးကြီးကြောင့် ထိုင်း အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်း မှာ သေဆုံးခဲ့တဲ့ မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမား ရာနဲ့ချီရှိနေတဲ့ အလောင်းတွေဟာ (၁၀)နှစ်ပြည့်အချိန်ထိ ပိုင်ရှင်မဲ့နေဆဲဖြစ်တယ်လို့ မြန်မာ့အလုပ်သမား အရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသူတွေကပြောပါတယ်။ အိန္ဒိယသမုဒ္ဒရာ ဆူနာမီလှိုင်း ကြောင့် မြန်မာနဲ့ ထိုင်း အပါအဝင် အာရှ၊ အန္ဒိယ၊ အာဖရိက စတဲ့ဒေသတွေက နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၂၀)ကျော်မှာ လူပေါင်း နှစ်သိန်းကျော် သေဆုံးခဲ့ရတာပါ။ မအင်ကြင်းနိုင်က အပြည့်အစုံ ဆက်ပြီးပြောပြမှာပါ။

ဆူနာမီ ဖြစ်ပြီးပြီးချင်း သွေးပျက် ထိတ်လန့်နေတဲ့ မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားတွေကို ထိုင်းရဲတွေ ဖမ်းဆီးပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဘက် အတင်းအကြပ်ပြန်ပို့ခဲ့တယ်လို့ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ အခြေစိုက် ပညာရေး၊ ဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဖေါင်ဒေးရှင်း အမှုဆောင် ဒါရိုက်တာ ဦးထူးချစ်က ဆိုပါတယ်။ ထိုင်းအာဏာပိုင်တွေရဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်ကြောင့် သေသွားတဲ့ မိသားစုဝင်အလောင်းတွေကို ပြန်ယူဖို့အခက်အခဲတွေဖြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး အခုချိန်ထိ ပိုင်ရှင်မဲ့အလောင်းတွေရှိနေဆဲပဲလို့ သူကဆိုပါတယ်။

" အခုကတော့ ကျနော်တို့ထင်တယ်။ အခုက ဆူနာမီပေါ့နော်။ အလောင်းတွေ ထားတဲ့နေရာမှာ အလောင်း ၄၀၀ကျော်ရှိတယ်။ ကျနော်ထင်တယ်။ အနည်းဆုံး ၉၀% ကျော်က ကျနော်တို့ မြန်မာလူမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မယ်လို့ ကျနော်ထင်တယ်။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ အဲ့ဒီ့ကာလမှာလည်း မျက်မြင်ကိုယ်တွေ့ပဲလေ။ တချို့လူတွေဆိုရင် သူတို့မိသားစု၊ ညီအကိုမောင်နှမ၊ သားမယားတွေ ဆုံးရှုံးတယ်။ သူတို့ဟာ အဖမ်းဆီးခံရတယ်။ နယ်စပ်ကနေ မြန်မာပြည် ထဲ ပြန်ပို့ခံရတယ်။ နောက်တခု က သူတို့မှာ လက်မှတ်တွေ ဆုံးရှုံးသွားတော့ သူတို့က တရားမဝင် အလုပ်သမားတွေဖြစ်တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ သူတို့က ဒီအလောင်းတွေကို သွားပြီးတော့ မတောင်းဆိုရဲတာလည်း ပါတယ်။ နောက်တခုက ကြောက်ပြီးတော့ ပြီးရင်ပြီးရောပဲ။ သေပြီးပြီပဲ မတောင်းတော့ဘူး။ တချို့ကျတော့လည်း စိတ်ဓာတ်တွေ ကျပြီးတော့ မြန်မာပြည်ကို အပြီးပြန်သွားတာတွေလည်းရှိတယ်။ အဲ့တာကြောင့်မို့လည်း အခုကျန်နေတဲ့ အလောင်းတွေဟာ ကျနော်တို့ မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမားတွေ အလောင်းဖြစ်ဖို့ များတယ်လို့ ကျနော်ထင်တယ်။

အခုလို (၁၀)နှစ်ကြာမြင့်ပြီးချိန်မှာ မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့အခြေအနေကို သူက အခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

" ဆူနာမီဖြစ်ပြီးချိန်မှာတော့ ကျနော်တို့က အမေ့လျော့ခံတဲ့ ဆူနာမီ ဒုက္ခသည်လိုဖြစ်တော့ နိုင်ငံတကာ ကနေ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းမြန်မာ အလုပ်သမားတွေ အကြောင်းကို ပိုပြီးတော့ သိလာတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ ဒီမှာ လုပ်နေတဲ့ ဆယ်နှစ်အတွင်းမှာတော့ အရင်တုန်းက မရှိခဲ့တဲ့ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ အလုပ်သမားအခွင့်အရေး ကိစ္စတွေကို ကျနော်တို့ထက်အပြင် တခြား NGO တွေကလည်း ဝိုင်းလုပ်နေတော့ အလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့ အခြေအနေက လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆယ်နှစ်ကထက်ဆိုရင် အများကြီးပိုတိုးတက်လာတယ်လို့ အကြမ်းဖျင်းတော့ ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။"

လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ (၁၀)နှစ်က ဆူနာမီလှိုင်းကြီးကြောင့် အသက်မသေပဲ လွတ်မြောက်ခဲ့သူတွေထဲမှာ မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားအရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေတဲ့ ကိုမိုးဝေလဲပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအချိန်က ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ ဖန်ငခရိုင် တံငါရွာမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နေသူပါ။

" ပထမအကြိမ်က ရေဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း အရင်လာတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ရေက ဟိုး..အောက်ကို တန်းဆင်းသွားတယ်။ ပင်လယ်ပြင် ကြမ်းပြင်အောက်ကို အကုန်မြင်နေရတယ်။ တန်းဆင်းသွားပြီးတော့ ပြီးမှ ကလေးတွေရော နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေရော မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားတွေရော ငါးတွေကို ကန်နေကြတယ်။ ကမ်းခြေမှာ ငါးကောင်တွေ ဘာကောင်တွေ အဲ့လိုမျိုးတွေဖြစ်နေတယ်။ ဆယ့်ငါးမိနစ်လောက်အထိ သူက ဆင်းသွားတာ။ ရေဟာ လုံးဝ ခမ်းကျသွားတာ။ ပြီးမှ ရေက ပြန်တက် လာတာ။ ဖြေးဖြေးချင်းပြန် တက်လာတာ။ ဖြေးဖြေးချင်းပြန်တက်လာတော့ လှိုင်းခေါင်းဖြူဖြူလေးတွေဆိုတော့ သိပ်မသိသာဘူးပေါ့။ ဖြေးဖြေးချင်းလာရင်းနဲ့ နည်းနည်း ဆယ်မိနစ်၊ ဆယ့်ငါးမိနစ်လောက် လဲကျရော ကမ်းနားကို ရောက်လာတဲ့အချိန်မှာ အရှိန်နဲ့ အကြီးကြီးဖြစ်သွားပြီး ပြေးမလွတ်တဲ့သူတွေလည်း အဲ့လိုဖြစ်သွားတာ။"

ဆူနာမီကြောင့် မြန်မာအလုပ်သမား ၂ ထောင်နီးပါးသေဆုံးခဲ့တယ်လို့ ခန့်မှန်းကြောင်း ကိုမိုးဝေကပြောပါတယ်။ ဒါအပြင် အသက်မသေပဲ လွတ်မြောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းအလုပ်သမားတွေဟာ အစားအစာငတ်ပြတ်တဲ့ ဒဏ်ကိုကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရသလို ဒေသခံ ထိုင်းလူမျိုးတွေရဲ့ အရိုက်အနှက်ကိုလည်း ခံခဲ့ကြရတယ်လို့ သူကပြောါပတယ်။

" နည်းနည်းလောက်ကြာလာတဲ့အခါမှာ ကျနော်တို့ အစားအသောက်တွေ ခက်ခဲလာကြတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ့အချိန်မှာ အလုပ်သမားတွေကလည်း မပြန်နိုင်ကြဘူး။ မပြန်နိုင်တော့ ကျနော်တို့က စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေလည်း မရှိတော့ဘူး။ ဆုံးရှုံးသွားတယ်ဆိုတော့ အစားအသောက်တွေ၊ ရေတွေ သွားယူတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဒီဒေသခံ ထိုင်းတွေ အလုပ်သမားတွေက ရိုက်တာ၊ ထုတာတွေ အဲ့လိုမျိုး ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံခံရတာတွေ အများကြီးခံရပါတယ်။ ပြီးလို့ရှိရင် အလုပ်သမား ၁၂ဦးကိုလည်း ပစ္စည်းခိုးတယ်ဆိုပြီး အချုပ်ခန်းကိုပိုပြီးတော့ တရားရုံးမှာ စစ်ဆေးတာတွေ မေးမြန်းတာတွေ အချုပ်ချတာတွေရှိတယ်။"

အိန္ဒိယသမုဒ္ဒရာထဲမှာ စပြီးဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆူနာမီရေလှိုင်းဟာ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း အတော်များများ မှာ လူအသေအပျောက်အများဆုံးဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ သဘာဝဘေး အန္တရာယ်ကြီးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှာတော့ ဆူနာမီဖြစ်ပြီးနောက် အလောင်းတွေထဲက DNA စမ်းသပ်ချက်အရ အရေအတွက် သုံးထာင်ကျော်ကို ထိုင်းအစိုးရက ပိုင်ရှင်တွေ လက်ထဲပြန်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
