သောကြာနေ့က ကွယ်လွန်သွားတဲ့ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ ၄၁ ဆက်မြောက်သမ္မတ George H.W. Bush ကို အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူတွေ ဂါရဝပြုနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့ရုပ်ကလပ်ကို ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီက လွှတ်တော်အဆောက်အအုံ ဗဟိုခန်းမကြီးမှာ တနင်္လာနေ့ ညနေကစပြီး ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးထားပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူတွေသာမက ကမ္ဘာအရပ်ရပ်က ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကလည်း သူ့ကို ဂုဏ်ပြုနေကြတာပါ။ အပြည့်အစုံကို ဒေါ်ခင်မျိုးသက်က ပြောပြပေးမှာပါ။

အခု ကြားနေရတာကတော့ သမ္မတ Bush ရဲ့ရုပ်ကလပ်ကို ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီက လွှတ်တော်အဆောက်အအုံ ဗဟိုခန်းမကြီးထဲကို သယ်ဆောင်လာတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

နှစ်အတော်ကြာ နာမကျန်းဖြစ်နေတဲ့ သမ္မတဟောင်း George H.W. Bush ဟာ အသက် ၉၄ နှစ်အရွယ်မှာ သူ့ဇာတိ Texas ပြည်နယ်မှာပဲ သောကြာနေ့က ကွယ်လွန်သွားခဲ့တာပါ။ တနင်္လာနေ့မှာတော့ သူ့ရုပ်ကလပ်ကို Houston ကနေ Airforce One လေယာဉ်နဲ့ မေရီလန်းပြည်နယ် Andrew လေတပ်စခန်းကနေ တဆင့် ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီကို သယ်ဆောင်လာခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့ အစောပိုင်းအထိ အများပြည်သူ အနီးကပ် လာရောက်ပြီး ဂါရဝပြုနိုင်အောင် လွှတ်တော်ဗဟိုခန်းမကြီးမှာ စီစဉ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။

ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့ မနက်ပိုင်းမှာတော့ သမ္မတ Bush အတွက် နိုင်ငံတော် ဈာပနအခန်းအနားကို ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီက National Cathedral ဘုရားကျောင်းမှာ ကျင်းပမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီနေ့ ညနေပိုင်းမှာ သူ့ရဲ့ ရုပ်ကလပ်ကို Texas ပြည်နယ် Houston မြို့ကို ပြန်လည် သယ်ဆောင်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ကြာသပတေးနေ့မှာတော့ St. Martin ဘုရားကျောင်းမှာဝတ်ပြု ဆုတောင်းပွဲ ကျင်းပကာ George H.W. Bush သမ္မတစာကြည့်တိုက်နဲ့ ပြတိုက်ရှိရာ Texas A&M တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်းထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ ကွယ်လွန်သူ သမ္မတကတော် Barbara နဲ့ သမီး Robinတို့ကို မြှုပ်နှံထားရာ နေရာမှာပဲဂူသွင်းသဂြိုဟ်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကွယ်လွန်သူ သမ္မတ Bush ဟာသူသိသမျှ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေထဲမှာ အကြင်နာဆုံးနဲ့ သူများအတွက် အစဉ်းစားဆုံးသူတဦးဖြစ်ကြောင်း သူနဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်း ၆၀ ကျော် ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်ခဲ့သူတဦးဖြစ်သူ သမ္မတ Bush အစိုးရလက်ထက်မှာ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ James Baker က ပြောပါတယ်။

"သူဟာ သူ့ဂုဏ်သူ ထုတ်ဖေါ်ပြီး ကြွားဝါတတ်သူတယောက် မဟုတ်သလို ချီးမွန်းဖို့ကောင်းတဲ့ သူ့စိတ်ထားကတော့ သူူများတွေ အချီးကြူးခံရအောင် အခွင့်အလန်း လုပ်ပေးတတ်သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့ သမ္မတ သက်တမ်းတလျှောက်ပြန်ကြည့်ရင် အထူးသဖြင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးရာ တွေမှာ ထူးခြားတဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲတွေအများအပြား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး ဒီလိုဖြစ်အောင် သူကဖေါ်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပေမယ့် ဘယ်တော့မှာ ဂုဏ်ဖေါ်ပြောခဲ့သူ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။"

၁၉၈၉ ခုနှစ်ကနေ ၁၉၉၃ ခုနှစ်အထိ သမ္မတ တာဝန်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ သမ္မတ Bush အစိုးရ လက်ထက်မှာ ဒုသမ္မတအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူခဲ့သူ Dick Cheney ကလည်း နားလည်မှု သိပ်ရှိတဲ့ သမ္မတနဲ့ လက်တွဲ လုပ်ခဲ့ရတာ အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူကြောင်းနဲ့ သက်တမ်းတကြိမ်သာ တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ သမ္မတတွေထဲမှာ အကောင်းဆုံးတွေထဲက တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

"သူဟာ သူနဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ လက်တွဲ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားခေါင်းဆောင်တွေရဲ့ အကြောင်းတွေကို သေသေချာချာ နားလည် သဘောပေါက်သူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စစ်ရေးစစ်ရာနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်သလို စစ်တပ်ကို ပံ့ပို့ပေးခဲ့သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပင်လယ်ကွေ့ဒေသ ကို ထိုးစစ် မဆင်ခင်မှာ စစ်တပ်ရဲ့လိုအပ်ချက် အတော်များများကို နားလည် လက်ခံပြီး ဦးဆောင်မှု ကောင်းကောင်း ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်ကောင်း တဦးလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။"

ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီး Jim Mattis ကလည်း သမ္မတ Bush ဟာ ဒုတိယ ကမ္ဘာစစ်အတွင်း နိုင်ငံ့တာဝန်ကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သူ ဖြစ်သလို သူ့ဘဝ တလျှောက်လုံးမှာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူတွေအတွက်လည်း တာဝန်ကျေခဲ့သူဖြစ်တယ်လို့ တနင်္လာနေ့မှာပဲ ပင်တာဂွန်စစ်ဌာနချုပ်မှာ ပြောပါတယ်။

Virginia တက္ကသိုလ်က နိုင်ငံရေးသုံးသပ်သူ Larry Sabato ကတော့ သမ္မတ Bush ဟာ အမေရိကန်ရဲ့ ၄၅ ယောက်သော သမ္မတတွေထဲမှာ သမ္မတသက်တမ်း ကုန်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက်ပိုင်းကျမှ သူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာနဲ့ တန်ဖိုးကို ဖြေးဖြေးလူသိများလာပြီး အလေးစားခံရသူတဦးလို့ သုံးသပ်ပါတယ်။

"သမ္မတ Bush ရဲ့ သမ္မတသက်တမ်းနဲ့ သူ့ဘဝအကြောင်းကို ပြန်ကြည့်တဲ့အခါ ကျမှ သူသမ္မတတာဝန်ယူနေချိန်ကထက် ပိုပြီး ထူးခြားတာကို လူတွေ သတိထားမိကြတာပါ။ နောက်တချိန်သမ္မတသက်တမ်း ပြန်မရတာနဲ့ မအောင်မြင်တဲ့ သမ္မတလို့ အဲဒီအချိန်က အများက ထင်ခဲ့ကြပေမယ့် အခု ပြန်ကြည့်တော့မှာ သူ့သက်တမ်းမှာ အတော်အောင်မြင်ခဲ့ပါလား ဆိုတာကို သိလာကြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။"

သမ္မတ Bush ကွယ်လွန်သွားတာဟာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူတွေအတွက် အစားထိုးမရတဲ့ ဆုံးရှုံးမှု တခုဖြစ်ကြောင်း သမ္မတဟောင်း Barack Obama နဲ့ သမ္မတကတော်ဟောင်း Michelle တို့က ပြောကြားခဲ့တာပါ။

သမ္မတဟောင်း Bill Clinton နဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဟောင်း Hillary Clinton တို့ကလည်း သမ္မတ Bush ဟာ ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်မှာ စစ်မှုထမ်းခဲ့တာကစပြီး အမေရိကန်လွှတ်တော်မှာ၊ ဗဟိုထောက်လှန်းရေးမှာ၊ ဒုသမ္မတအဖြစ်နဲ့ သမ္မတအဖြစ်သာမက ကုလသမဂ္ဂမှာပါ တာဝန်တွေ ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို စည်းလုံးမှု၊ လွတ်လပ်မှုနဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းမှုတွေ ရအောင် ဆောင်ကျဉ်းပေးရာမှာ အရေးပါသူ တဦးဖြစ်တာမို့ သူလိုလူ ရှာမှရှားတယ်လို့ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဗြိတိသျှဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Theresa May ကတော့ သမ္မတ Bush ဟာ သူ့ရဲ့ သမ္မတသက်တမ်းတလျှောက် ဗြိတိန်နိုင်ငံက မိတ်ဆွေတွေနဲ့ အတူလက်တွဲ ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သူဖြစ်ပြီး ဗြိတိန်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ မိတ်ဆွေစစ်တဦးအဖြစ် အမြဲသတိရနေမှာ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောပါတယ်။
Australia ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Scott Morrison ကလည်း သမ္မတ Bush ဟာ သူ့ဘဝမှာ အာဏာရှင်နဲ့ ဖိနှိပ်မှုမှန်သမျှကို တွန်းလှန် တိုက်ထုတ်ခဲ့သူ တဦးဖြစ်ပြီး အမှန်တရားဘက်က အမြဲရပ်တည်ခဲ့တာမို့ Australia နိုင်ငံရဲ့ မိတ်ဆွေစစ်တဦးဖြစ်ကြောင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပါတယ်။

အရင်ဆိုဗီယက်ခေါင်းဆောင်ဟောင်း Mikhail Gorbachev ကတော့ သမ္မတ Bush လက်ထက်မှာ စစ်အေးခေတ်ရော နျူကလီယား လက်နက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှုတွေပါ ပြီးဆုံးခဲ့တာမို့ ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့တာပါ။

တရုတ်သမ္မတ Xi Jinping ကလည်း တရုတ် အမေရိကန် ဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးတက်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ သမ္မတ Bush ကို ဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒါ့အပြင် သမ္မတ George H.W.
