ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံ၊ Nice မြို့မှာ ကြာသပတေးနေ့ညက တိုက် ခိုက်ခံရလို့ သေဆုံး သွားသူတွေ အတွက် ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲကြောင်း ပြောကြတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာတဝန်း က ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေထဲ မြန်မာသမ္မတ ဦးထင်ကျော်လည်း ပါပါတယ်။ ဒီတိုက်ခိုက်မှု အပေါ် ဝမ်းနည်း ကြေကွဲရတဲ့အကြောင်း မွန်ဂိုလီးယားနိုင်ငံမှာ ကျင်းပနေတဲ့ အာရှ-ဥရောပ ASEM ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးအတွင်း သမ္မတ ဦးထင်ကျော် က ပြောတာပါ။

သောကြာနေ့မနက် အစောပိုင်း နိုင်ငံကို မိန့်ခွန်းပြောတာမှာ ပြင်သစ်သမ္မတ Francois Hollande က ဒီဖြစ်ရပ်ဟာ လွတ်လပ်မှုပေါ် တိုက်ခိုက်မှု တခုဖြစ်တယ် လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။ သေဆုံးသွားသူတွေရဲ့ မိသားစုတွေအတွက် ဆုတောင်းပေးနေ ပါတယ်လို့ ကြာသပတေးနေ့ညမှာ သမ္မတ ဘရာ့ခ် အိုဘားမားက Twitter မှာရေးပြီး ပြင်သစ်ဟာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုရဲ့ သက်တမ်းအရင့်ဆုံး မဟာမိတ်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ထည့်ပြောပါတယ်။

Bastille နေ့အခမ်းအနားတက်ဖို့ အဲဒီအချိန် ပြင်သစ်မှာ ရှိနေခဲ့တဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီး ဂျွန်ကယ်ရီ ကလည်း အလွန်အမင်း ဆိုးရွား ရက်စက်တဲ့ဖြစ်ရပ် အဖြစ် ပြောဆိုပြီး ဒီလိုကြေကွဲစရာအချိန်မျိုးမှာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု ဟာ ပြင်သစ်လူထုနဲ့ အတူတကွ ဆက်ပြီး ရပ်တည်သွားပါမယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

ဥရောပကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Donald Tusk က တိုက်ခိုက်မှုဖြစ်တဲ့အချိန်ရဲ့ ထူးခြားမှု ကို ထောက်ပြပြီး ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံ အတွက် လိုအပ်နေချိန်မှာ အားလုံးအတူတကွ ရပ်တည်ပေးကြဖို့ နှိုးဆော်ပါတယ်။

တရုတ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Li Keqiang က အကြမ်းဖက်ဝါဒ ပုံစံအားလုံးကို အပြင်းအထန် ရှုတ်ချကြောင်း၊ သေဆုံး ဒဏ်ရာရသူတွေ အတွက် ဝမ်းနည်းရပါကြောင်းနဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်ဝါဒ ပုံစံအားလုံးကို တိုက်ဖျက်သွားမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောပါတယ်။

အာရှနဲ့ ဥရောပနိုင်ငံတွေက ခေါင်းဆောင်ပေါင်း ၅၀ ကျော်တက်ရောက်နေတဲ့ ၁၁ ကြိမ်မြောက် ASEM ထိပ်သီးညီလာခံမှာ သောကြာနေ့မနက်ပိုင်းက ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံ၊ Nice မြို့မှာ အကြမ်းဖက်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့်သေဆုံးခဲ့ရသူတွေကို ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်း အထိမ်းအမှတ် အဖြစ် တမိနစ်တာငြိမ်သက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

အိမ်ရှင် မွန်ဂိုလီးယား သမ္မတ Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj က ASEM ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေ က ပြင်သစ် နဲ့ ဥရောပက ပြည်သူတွေနဲ့အတူ ရပ်တည်နေတယ်ဆိုတာကိုပြသဖို့ ဒီညီလာခံဖွင့်ပွဲမှာ ဆိတ်ငြိမ်ခြင်းဖြင့် စတင်လိုက်တာ သင့်တော်ပါပေတယ် လို့ ပြောဆိုလိုက်ပါတယ်။

“သမိုင်းတွင်မယ့် ၁၁ ကြိမ်မြောက် ASEM ထိပ်သီးညီလာခံကို မွန်ဂိုလီးယားနိုင်ငံ မှာ အောင်မြင်စွာ လက်ခံကျင်းပခွင့်ရလို့ ဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါတယ်။ တချိန်တည်းမှာဘဲ အာရှနဲ့ ဥရောပက ပြည်သူတွေ အဓွန့်ရှည်တည်တံ့မယ့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးရဲ့ အနှစ်သာရကိုခံစားနိုင်ကြပါစေလို့ ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်း လိုက်ပါတယ်။”

မွန်ဂိုလီးယားနိုင်ငံမှ ၂ ရက်ကြာကျင်းပနေတဲ့ ၁၁ ကြိမ်မြောက် ASEM အာရှ-ဥရောပ ထိပ်သီးညီလာခံကို တခြားအာရှခေါင်းဆောင်တွေနဲ့ အတူ မြန်မာသမ္မတ ဦးထင်ကျော်လည်း တက်ရောက်နေပါတယ်။ ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံမှာ လူ ၈၀ ကျော်သေဆုံးခဲ့ ရတဲ့အတွက် ဝမ်းနည်းစာနာပါတယ်လို့ မြန်မာသမ္မတ ဦးထင်ကျော်က မိန့်ခွန်းပြောရင်း အခုလိုဆိုပါတယ်။

“တခြားကိစ္စတွေဆက်မပြောခင်မှာ၊ ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ Bastille Day အမျိုးသားနေ့ မှာ ကြေကွဲဖွယ် အဖြစ်အပျက်ကြောင့် အသက်ဆုံးရှုံး ခဲ့ရသူတွေအတွက် ဝမ်းနည်း စာနာပါကြောင်း ပြင်သစ်အစိုးရနဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကို အလေးအနက်ပြော ကြားလိုပါတယ်။”

ကမ္ဘာတဝန်း ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့ စိန်ခေါ်အကဲစမ်းမှုတွေကို အာရှနဲ့ ဥရောပနိုင်ငံတွေ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့် အာရုံစိုက်ကြရပါလိမ့်မယ် လို့ မြန်မာသမ္မတ ဦးထင်ကျော်က အခုလိုတိုက်တွန်းလိုက်ပါသေးတယ်။

“ASEM အာရှ-ဥရောပ ထိပ်သီးဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွေ ကျင်းပလာခဲ့တာ အနှစ် ၃၀ တွင်းချင်းနင်း ဝင်ရောက်လာပါပြီ။၂၀၃၀ ပြည့်နှစ်မှာ ASEM အနေနဲ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖေါ်ကြဖို့ ရည်မှန်းချက်တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုနဲ့ သဘာဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု အပါအဝင် ရေရှည်တည့်တံ့မယ့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး ၊ သမရိုးကျ မဟုတ်တဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးရာ ပြသနာတွေ၊ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး၊ လူကုန်ကူးမှု တိုက်ဖျက်ရေးနဲ့ အဂတိလိုက်စားမှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးစတဲ့ တူညီတဲ့ အကျိုးစီးပွား နယ်ပယ်တွေကို ကျနော်တို့ ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့် အာရုံစိုက်သင့်နေပါပြီ။”

ဒီ ASEM ထိပ်သီးညီလာခံကို တက်ရောက်နေတဲ့ ဂျာမဏီဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Angela Merkel၊ ရုရှားဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Dmitry Medvedev၊ တရုတ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Li Keqiang၊ ဥရောပသဂ္ဂ ကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Donald Tusk၊ ဂျပန်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Shinzo Abe၊ တောင်ကိုးရီးယားသမ္မတ Park Guen-hye နဲ့ စင်္ကာပူဝန်ကြီးချုပ် လီရှန်လွန်း အပါအဝင် အာရှ-ဥရောပခေါင်းဆောင် တွေကလည်း အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်ကို ပူးပေါင်း တိုက်ဖျက်ကြဖို့ နဲ့ ပြင်သစ်ပြည်သူတွေနဲ့အတူရပ်တည်နေကြပါကြောင်း အလေးအနက်ပြောဆိုလိုက်ကြပါတယ်။

ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံမှာ အခုနောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုမတိုင်ခင်ကတည်းက ဒိ ASEM ထိပ်သီးညီလာခံမှာ အကြမ်းဖက်ဝါဒတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ ဒီကနေ့သောကြာနေ့ ဆွေးနွေးဖို့ အစီအစဉ်ထဲမှာ ပါဝင်ပြီးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
