နိုင်ငံအပေါ်မှာ စေတနာထားတဲ့ပြည်သူတိုင်း အာဇာနည်တွေဖြစ်နိုင်သလို တိုင်းပြည် အမှန်တကယ် ပြောင်းလဲမှ တိုးတက်မှာမို့ စစ်မှန်တဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲကို လုပ်ဆောင်ကြဖို့ အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီး ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်းရဲ့သမီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကအာဇာနည်နေ့မှာ တိုက်တွန်း ပြောဆိုလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ဒီကနေ့ကျရောက်တဲ့ (၆၈) နှစ်မြောက် အာဇာနည်နေ့အခမ်းအနားကျင်းပရာ အာဇာနည် ဂူဗိမာန်ကို နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့် ဒုသမ္မတ (၁)နဲ့ လွှတ်တော်အကြီးအကဲတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက် ဂါရဝပြုတာဟာ နိုင်ငံမှာ ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ် ရောင်ခြည်သန်း လာတာကိုပြသရာ ရောက်တယ်လို့ တိုင်းရင်းသားခေါင်းဆောင်တွေက သုံးသပ်ပါတယ်။ ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းထားတဲ့ မဆုမွန်က တင်ပြပေးထားပါတယ်။

၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့ ဒီကနေ့ တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့မှာ ကျရောက်တဲ့ (၆၈) နှစ်မြောက် အာဇာနည်နေ့ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတဝှမ်းက ပြည်သူတွေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးတက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူတွေက အာဇာနည်နေ့ အောက်မေ့ဖွယ်အခမ်းအနားတွေနဲ့ ဂုဏ်ပြုကျင်းပခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံ အပေါ်မှာ စေတနာထားသူအားလုံး ညီညွတ်တဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံထူထောင်နိုင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းလိုသူတိုင်းဟာ အာဇာနည်တွေ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီး ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်းရဲ့ သမီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်က ဒီကနေ့ သူမရဲ့ NLD ပါတီဌာနချုပ်မှာ ကျင်းပတဲ့ အာဇာနည်နေ့ အခမ်းအနားမှာ ပြောဆိုလိုက်ပါတယ်။

“တကယ်နိုင်ငံအပေါ်မှာစေတနာရှိတဲ့ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်အားလုံးဟာ အာဇာနည်ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပါတယ်။ အာဇာနည်ဖြစ်ခြင်း- ဆိုတာဟာ အသက်ကို စွန့်တာကို ပြောလိုတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အာဇာနည်စိတ်ဓာတ်ကို အမှန်တကယ်မွေးမြူတာကို ပြောလိုတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အာဇာနည်ဆိုတာဟာ အာဇာနည်တဦး ရှိသင့်ရှိထိုက်တဲ့စိတ်ဓာတ်နဲ့ အကျင့်သီလရှိတဲ့လူအားလုံးဟာ အာဇာနည်…လို့ ဒီလိုပဲ သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့လို့ ကျမတို့နိုင်ငံမှာ အာဇာနည်တွေ အများကြီးရှိနိုင်တယ်။ ၅၂ သန်းလုံးဆိုရင် ၅၂ သန်းသော အာဇာနည်တွေတောင်မှ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။”

အာဇာနည်ဗိမာန်ကို သမ္မတဦးသိန်းစိန်ကိုယ်စား ဒုတိယသမ္မတ ဒေါက်တာစိုင်းမောက်ခမ်း၊ ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌလည်းဖြစ် ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်နာယကလည်းဖြစ် သူရဦးရွှေမန်းနဲ့ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးခင်အောင်မြင့်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားသူကြီးချုပ် ဦးထွန်းထွန်းဦးတို့က လာရောက်ဂါရဝပြု လွမ်းသူ့ပန်းခွေချ အလေးပြုခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုလိုနိုင်ငံတော် အကြီးအကဲတွေဘက်က လာရောက်ဂါရဝပြုခဲ့တဲ့အပေါ် Federal Union Party (FUP) ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်ထောင်စုပါတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးစောသန်းမြင့်က ဒီမိုကရေစီရောင်ခြည်သန်းလာတဲ့ သဘောကို ပြရာရောက်တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

“နိုင်ငံ့အတွက်၊ လွတ်လပ်ရေးအတွက် ဦးဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးများကို သမ္မတရဲ့ကိုယ်စား၊ ဒုသမ္မတကိုယ်တိုင် တက်ရောက်တယ်ဆိုတော့ ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် နိုင်ငံ့ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကို အများကြီး ပြန်ပြီးတော့ အလေးထားလာတာပါ။ အရင်တုန်းကဆိုရင်၊ နဝတခေတ်ကဆိုရင် အတော်အတန်ကြီးကို မေ့လျော့သွားတယ်လေ။ အခုအချိန်မှာဆိုရင်တော့ ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် လွတ်လပ်ရေးအတွက် ဦးဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကို အများကြီး အသိအမှတ်ပြုလာပြီဆိုတော့ ဒီမိုကရေစီအပြောင်းအလဲကို စတင်ပြီးတော့ လက်ခံလာပြီဆိုတဲ့ အနေအထားမျိုးကို တွေ့မြင်နေရတယ်။ အရင်တုန်းကဆိုရင် သာမန်အဆင့်ပဲတက်ကြတယ်လေ။ ဟိုးအရင်တုန်းကဆိုရင် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းကမှ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်တောင် မတက်ရောက်ဘူးလေ၊ မြို့တော်ဝန်အဆင့်လောက်နဲ့ပြီးသွားတာလေ။ အခုတော့ အပြောင်းအလဲကာလမှာ သူတို့လည်း တော်တော်လေး ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲစ ပြုလာပြီဆိုတဲ့ အနေအထားလေးကို အတိုင်းအတာတခုအထိ ကျနော်တို့ ပြောလို့ရမှာပေါ့။ အရင်တုန်းကဆိုရင် ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ်က အင်မတန် အကူးအပြောင်းကာလမှာဖြစ်တယ်၊ တနှစ်ပြီးတနှစ်ကို ဒီမိုကရေစီရဲ့အနှစ်သာရလေးတွေ နည်းနည်း နည်းနည်း တိုးလာတယ်ဆိုတဲ့အနေအထားလေးတွေကို ကျနော်တို့ သုံးသပ်ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်ဗျ။”

ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ် အပြောင်းအလဲတခုကိုရှေးရှုနေပြီလို့ တိုင်းရင်းသားခေါင်းဆောင်တွေက သုံးသပ်နေပေမဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အမှန်တကယ် ပြောင်းလဲမှ တိုးတက်နိုင်မယ်လို့ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်က သူမရဲ့ အာဇာနည်နေ့မိန့်ခွန်းထဲ ထည့်သွင်းပြောဆိုပါတယ်။

“ကျမတို့ရဲ့ဆောင်ပုဒ်ကတော့ ပြောင်းလဲချိန်တန်ပြီဆိုတာ လူတိုင်းကလည်း သဘောတူလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ကျမတို့ထင်ပါတယ်။ အမှန်တကယ် ပြောင်းလဲမှ ဒီနိုင်ငံဟာ တိုးတက်နိုင်မှာပါ။ မပြောင်းလဲသင့်တဲ့နေရာမှာ ပြောင်းလဲတာနဲ့ မြန်မြန်ဆန်ဆန် မှန်မှန်ကန်ကန် ပြောင်းလဲရမယ်။”

ဒီကနေ့ကျရောက်တဲ့ (၆၈) နှစ်မြောက်အာဇာနည်နေ့မှာတော့ အာဇာနည်ဗိမာန် ၊ အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးတွေ လုပ်ကြံခံရတဲ့ ရန်ကုန်မြို့က အတွင်းဝန်ရုံး၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်းနေအိမ်ပြတိုက်၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်းကြေးရုပ်ရှိရာ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ပန်းခြံစတဲ့ အာဇာနည်နေ့ အထိမ်းအမှတ် အထင်ကရနေရာတွေမှာ ပြည်သူအများ လာရောက်အလေးဂါရဝပြုကြသလို အာဇာနည်တွေကျဆုံးခဲ့တဲ့အချိန် မနက် ၁၀ နာရီ ၃၇ မိနစ်မှာလည်း ရန်ကုန်တမြို့လုံး ဥသြဆွဲအလေးပြုသလို ကားတွေကလည်း ဟွန်းတွေတီးပြီး ဝမ်းနည်းကြောင်းပြသခဲ့ကြတယ်လို့ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ခံ ကိုစိုးမိုးမြင့်ကပြောပါတယ်။

“ကျနော်တို့ အာဇာနည်တွေအတွက်ရည်စူးပြီး ဆွမ်းကပ်တယ်၊ အမျှဝေတယ်။ အရင်ဆုံး မနက်စောစော- တော်တော်များများလုပ်ကြတယ်၊ မြို့နယ်တိုင်းမှာ။ အာဇာနည်ကုန်းမှာ အာဇာနည်တွေနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီးတော့ ကျနော်တို့ လွမ်းသူ့ပန်းခွေသွားချတဲ့အဖွဲ့တွေကလည်း သပ်သပ် သွားချကြတယ်။ ၁၀ နာရီ၊ ၃၇ မှာကျတော့ ရန်ကုန်တမြို့လုံးနီးပါးပါပဲ၊ အားလုံးက အသံချဲ့စက်နဲ့ ဥသြဆွဲတယ်ပေါ့နော်၊ ဥသြဆွဲတဲ့အခါမှာ ပြည်သူတွေကပါ အားလုံး လာပြီးတော့ကို ဝိုင်းပြီးတော့ အလေးပြုတဲ့ အနေအထားတွေလည်း ရှိတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကားဟွန်းသံတွေ ပေးပြီးတော့ ဘတ်စ်ကားတွေကလည်း ဝိုင်းပြီးတော့ အာဇာနည်တွေကို အလေးပြုတဲ့အနေအထားတွေ ရှိပါတယ်ခင်ဗျ။ တော်တော်တော့ စည်ကားပါတယ်-ဒီနှစ်လည်း။”

ဒီကနေ့အာဇာနည်နေ့မှာ ကျဆုံးလေပြီးသော အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးတွေကို အာဇာနည်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးတွေရဲ့ မိသားစုဝင်တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်းရဲ့သားကြီးဦးအောင်ဆန်းဦး၊ သမီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နဲ့အတူ ကျန်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးတွေရဲ့မိသားစုဝင်တွေ၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီး၊ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအသီးသီးနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေနဲ့အတူ တက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူတွေ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီတွေနဲ့ အများပြည်သူ တွေ အာဇာနည်ဗိမာန်သို့ တက်ရောက် ဂါရဝပြုခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
