နိုင်ငံတကာက ထင်ရှားကျော်ကြားတဲ့ အနုပညာရှင်တွေ၊ အားကစားသမားတွေ၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး လှုပ်ရှားသူတွေ၊ ကို ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ရဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေမှာ Goodwill Ambassador (ချစ်ကြည်ရေး သံတမန်) တွေအဖြစ် ဖိတ်ခေါ် ခန့်အပ် ထားပါတယ်၊ ဥပမာ-

(4) Amitabh Bachchan ( Actor/India) - UNICEF
