Burma's military government has announced new regulations on how United Nations agencies and other development organizations must operate in that country.
The new rules require development organization staff members to be accompanied by government officials when they travel in Burma.
Also, new staff members hired within Burma must be chosen from a list of candidates provided by the military government.
